This form should be used for full nameserver delegations and for domains which only require the insertion of mail exchanger (MX) records. The domain name must be one which has been previously registered in the AUNIC Registry.

For more information on delegation of domains, mail exchanger records and other aspects of the Internet Domain Name System, there are some dns notes.

Please note, on 1 July 2002, org.au was transitioned to auDA Accredited Registrars and AusRegistry. As of 1 August 2002, gov.au is handled by domainname.gov.au.

For other domains, the request will be automatically parsed and immediately emailled on to the administrator of the zone file for manual processing.
