AUNIC Domain Record Modification

This form is for editing of AUNIC domain records. This includes records for the parent domains info.au and dropbear.id.au.

You cannot edit com.au, org.au, net.au or asn.au records via this form - these are handled through auDA Accredited Registrars from 1 July 2002. Nor can you edit gov.au domains - see domainname.gov.au. For edu.au domains - see domainname.edu.au. For personal User NIC Handles: use AUNIC's editUser instead.

This form only lets you edit the registry entry stored in AUNIC, not the DNS servers or mail servers (which are not stored directly in the AUNIC database - they are stored in the relevant DNS server). If you want to change information in the DNS, then please use a delegation form instead, such as dd.html

The editDomain form is fully automated, and changes will be updated in the AUNIC registry database within 10 minutes.

However, editDomain does not allow changes to protected fields such as organisation name or ACN (which relate to the legal identity of the registrant). If you need to change these, you must contact your registrar.

Most registry records require a registry key (or password) before changes will be accepted (see Password/Key Recovery).
